What is your area?

The words "performance", "media" and "health" all individually mean
something to me, but I cannot fathom out what "performance and media health"
means at all.

Yes, as above - I run the MA course at Thames Valley University, see

It covers the psychology of performing (motivation, stage fright, the
Zone etc), medical problems of performers, creativity and the creative
therapies and more recently the health aspects of new media - games
addiction, computer addiction, video nasties and censorship, VR and
its implications, online social activities etc. It's the first MA of
its kind, and has been going well.
