There are many good E.European stations, especially if you
are interested in classical music. The Czech station Radio Prague,
and also transmissions from Radio Budapest, Hungary , Kiev in the
Ukraine are well worth listening to.
They beat "East Enders" any day:-)
You listen to 'East Enders' on the radio?
Is there another way? All my telly comes by radio.
And why not - best sci-fi ever 'saw' was 'Jet Morgan: Journey Into Space'
when I wuz a kid, sitting on the arm of an armchair, feet dangling, staring
at the grille cloth of a old (even then) radio probably less than 3 feet
away!
That was scary as hell! I remember it well. Listened to it recently on
BBC7 and it wasn't nearly as good as I remembered though. Operation
Luna was definitely the best of the series.
