The article doesn't specifically rule out NSW does it, nor does it rule
it in, it says " Unlike most other states" - so what's the story in
your neck of the woods. In NSW, are unqualified people like yourself
allowed to repair plug-in appliances???? Is that plain enough for
you?? A simple yes or no would do.

Sounds like essential legislation if all the inhabitants are as clueless
as Phil.
