Yup. It's got a bright red LED display - mine's hidden as the box is
under control of a TiVo and it is rather *bright*.


Does the display just give the actual channel number - or can it give one
you've allocated yourself? This device will be mainly used for the BBC -
so it would make things easier if R1 displayed 1, and R2 2 etc rather than
701 and 702 - although it's only a minor point.

Some owners on digital spy's forums have complained about random sound
drop out issues though. Do a search on there for "dv832b sound". I've
noticed it as well, happens once in a blue moon.


Sounds like the old Philips OnDodgy box that's being used at the
moment. ;-)

There is a later version dv832bn - that may have this fixed.
