Yeah, I thought of that, but the problem is, being blind I need to listen to
them to find out exactly which items to save. Also I'd really only consider
that if a tape needed salvage treatment. I'm not talking about super
historical items here you know!

Depending upon the number of tapes you have to "rescue", you might
find it better to send these to a professional transcrption service. They
will have tape machines with a better performance than you can ever
hope to achieve on your Tandberg 3341
