People are having vinyl parties as well you know.

We used to have shellac parties when we were kids,
and make 78prm records of Joe Loss into flowerpots
by leaving them in the sun (there used to be sun in the
UK then) and shaping them.

The older kids used them for skeet shooting :-(((((

We still have sunshine in the UK, and all the data is available to show
that the summers weren't long and hot, Christmas wasn't always white,
and Wagon Wheels weren't any bigger than they are now.

Yes. Of course. It just seems like that:-)
But even nostaligia is not what it used to be.

And now I know I can do something useful with my stack of 78s....

Tha might not be prudent. Good collectable shellacs go for
several hundred pounds a piece.

A pal of mine has an unplayed 78rpm of Elvis Presley, "All
Shook Up" It has its original sealing sticker, in a brown paper
cover "Alphonse Carey - Records, Sheet Music and fine
Pianos - Newbury.

So sort befoe you shoot:-)
