That may not have been a seemingly helpful post, but that sort of
response was a bit uncalled for don't you think?. Its not that likely to
make anyone else bother to try to help. Try ebay or loot or indeed a
Google search as there are a few second-hand sales websites around that
may be able to help.

Anyway apart from that make sure that the speakers haven't been "spiked"
and don't make any cracks as they are working or fizz quietly on
standby. Some evidence of their service history is very important as
IIRC Quad don't service these anymore and although there is a company in
Germany that does the costs aren't likely to be cheap. A Google search
therefore, might be well recommended.

Still, I'm certain that once you find a pair you'll be well pleased with
them. A fine speaker as it was when it was first made, and still holds
its own with a lot else available...
