Have you had a look at The DigiKey site?

They have a UK presence - although everything is sent from the US, but
very quickly. Usually get things within 36 hours of the order. I've used
them for hall effect sensors no one in the UK stocks.

So far as I've been able to tell from their website they don't do Alps
pots.

Excellent company. Might also be worth phoning CPC if you have part
numbers - they can often get even small quantities they don't list on
their site.

I'd need someone who would be happy to sell 'one offs' to individuals as
I'm thinking of a situation where other people might like to be able to
make their own clone of something I've made and used myself. I already have
a few pots of the type I need/use.
