What's around these days which is small but good? High levels not
required. Some sort of present day Goodmans Maxim. ;-)
Would the Tannoy Mercury (FR or F1 Custom) be to
your taste?
The FRs are priced at about Euro 80, and the F1
Custom is about Euro 150 (retail) The Swedish Audio
mag "HiFi and Musik" (note Dave, how the two are
inseprable:-) judged the F1s to be the best stereo
pair under SKr 2000 (that's about Euro 200)
:-)
Slays me how every time I mention Poochie's endless *retro blogging*
he comes up with some lame 'my milkman wants a pair of small
speakers' or somesuch....
LOL!
Seemed a perfectly reasonable question, didn't mention milkmen (where
did you get that from?) and I find no connection to what you call
"retro blogging". Fortunately he had some sensible replies to his
sensible question.
There are no stupid questions, only stupid answers.
Kitty insists on hanging on my every word and trying to make 'clever'
comments, Geoff. Despite having claimed very publicly to have killfiled
me. So basically, a stalker. Who wants this group as his own blog - and to
discuss anything *but* audio. Except where it comes up as an afterthought.
Perhaps we should discuss E-Types and really confuse him. ;-)
