Default New software for examining WAV files

Hi,

I have recently started writing Linux versions of the software I use to
examine or process LPCM WAV files. I am in the process of making these
available for anyone who wants to be able to do similar examinations in a
comparable way. The Linux softare (and RISC OS equivalents) is linked to
the page at

At present only a few of the programs are available. But I will be adding
some other programs as and when I get the time to produce the Linux
versions.

Although written for Linux and ROX, they contain the source code (in 'C')
and you are welcome to use this for other purposes or on other operating
systems.

As they stand, the programs should work with basic LPCM WAV files with 16
or 24 bits per samplke and sample rates up to 192k/sec.

Thanks, Jim. Some more toys to play with. ;-)
