I live in an affluent community - one of the richest in the US. I work in
the other affluent communities in this area, some of which show up in the
top 5 for the whole country. As a rule the most wealthy of the wealthy
could care less about high end audio. Boats and other kinds of lakeside
property are far more interesting to them. Audio is at most an, upper
middle class, new rich thing. Furthermore, few if anybody spends the big
bucks on audio-only AV systems.
