Odd that, would have thought that the levels should be quite usable.
Here in Cambridge an indoor portable decodes Stereo OK from P'boro with
just a slight bit of noise but from the Cambridge relay its fine.

Mind you since the mast collapse and re build Classic FM on VHF/FM
hasn't be anywhere near as good....
