The magazines often feature specialist 'Vinyl' dealers. But what about
those for SACDs - or even DVD-As if any are still on-sale?

Suggestions of dealers you use and would recommend?

It's called Ebay:

That's a bit *modern* for Scotch Jimbo. He's firmly locked into the
1980's.

What the rest of us know but not Jim, is that there is no point to SACD for
the domestic listener, nor with DVD-Audio neither.
The real point (and the claims) for "high rez" formats was to steer the
consumer away from easily ripped/pirated 16 binary digit CD format as
domestic computers began to steal gadget freaks from the audio hardware
market.
With SACD only the CD layer can be read on a computer drive. There are
no drives available for PC nor over-priced Macs (and certainly nothing
under Linux) that can read SACD's. And they cannot be digitally ripped.
Only dedicated "audio" hardware can read SACD/DVD-A, and the digital
outputs of such hardware can only output the CD layer or down sample
to 16/44.
SACD has almost kicked the bucket, though there are some who attempt
to include it as a marketing ploy:

I've tried to steer Jim in an interesting direction, but maybe the notion
of picking up obsolete but classic audio hardware in online auction sites
and modding is too freaky for Jim, or maybe his strings are being pulled?
There is a whole publishing industry that relies on advertising revenue,
Maybe Jim is just too wary of rocking the boat with a bit of NOS'ing?
If so then it is a bit surprising as he was a "victim" when ugly Wiltshire
shoe boxes were "being looked after".
