Boooger. I'll fix that. Your pointing this out also prompted a flurry
of argument between me and 'higher management' (my wife) over the
alternative "that which" phrasing, but I prefer "what".

Maybe technically correct, but "that which" is awfully clumsy. I'd go
for the fluent read every time.
