Only for North Americans, sadly.

I wonder how good it is.

What would be nice is a decent DIY turntable kit. I designed and made a
pair of speakers once, which was fun. I'd love to make my own turntable.

The red flag I see is the unipivot arm, which can be very sensitive to
adjustement and require a number of compensating adjustments every time
anything is changed to work well. The claim that unipivot arms have an
inherent sound quality advantage is highly controversial to say the least.

**For once I agree. Unipivots, whilst having some advantages WRT bearing
friction, are let down by some much more serious issues.

I'm sure there was a British d-i-y turntable available in the early sixties.
All I can remember was that it was belt driven, had about a ten inch platter
and it was recommended that a AT (1005?) arm be used. And it's driving me
mad that I can't recall the name! Google searches have not turned up
anything.
