Default USB input devices - audio and microscope

Dunno. It's USB and I've found RISC OS support for that so shaky I never
use it on the RPCs.

It does seem to use a standard USB camera driver. I have another - one of
those inspection cameras - and the software for both seems fairly
interchangeable in terms of seeing a pic on the screen. So I'd look for
perhaps USB webcam stuff?
