Default Behringer ADCs, etc

Anyone had any experience of these for playing or recording via USB? And
any particular suggestions for a *UK* dealer I might buy from who will deal
via email/letter/etc rather than being an anonymous website into which you
have to poke credit card details? Be good to be able to talk to a dealer
who has a clue and can advise, etc.

FWIW I have a UCA202 and have got it working OK. But its limited to 48k/16
and I'd like to experiment with something better as a way using my own
software to let me use my computers as audio test stations, etc. So this
isn't just for music - although that clearly matters! :-)

One aspect of the 'better' Behringer goes outside my experience as it uses
XLR+TRS jacks for input. Are these both going to be balanced? If so, do
they also float so you can't just use +ve against ground? I'm not familiar
with such 'prosumer' kit that is clearly aimed at people who want a 'small
studio' rather than domestic hifi.

I've tried to send an email to Behringer via their website forms as they
seem to have no public email address. I'll see if I get any reply.

Cheers,

Jim

**I just recieved my one of these:

So far, I cannot get it to work with my desktop (64 bit Win 7), but that
is not unexpected, since I often experience issues with this machine.
When I get a chance, I'll try it with my laptop (32 bit Win XP Pro) and
report.
