People found that believe and peddle in this clearly meaningless
twaddle, should be forced to surrender any gained school or college
examination certificates; assessed as a high insurance risk; not to have
responsibility for raising or teaching others; and, (importantly) should
be disbarred from voting in elections or taking any employment funded by
the state.

We should thus have three tax bands.

- Fuel/Food/Necessities tax,
- Luxuries tax (VAT)
- Vanity tax. Goods for stupid people and their predatory traders.

The last should be set at a high rate (say 40%), but a discount back
down to VAT can be gained by making a full stated public disclosure of
the purchase (for great ridicule, of course) in the announcements
section of the London Gazette.
