twaddle, should be forced to surrender any gained school or college

The people who peddle it may well be aware that it's nonsense.

We should thus have three tax bands.

- Fuel/Food/Necessities tax,
- Luxuries tax (VAT)


The problem with this is defining what a luxury is.


Harold Wilson had that problem, defined it as anything to do with the
leader of the opposition's hobbies.
