Default CD players

Hi Tommy

Don't know what your musical tastes are but if you lean more to classical
then the Arcam might be (just) the better machine whereas if you want to
listen to a broader range of music I would pass on the Arcam (I've never
been an Arcam fan however...) I've been living with the MF 3.2 CD for the
past year and have no intention to change in the near future. But for not
much more - the Shanlin valve player looks fantastic and sounds pretty
good too.

thx, I'm a die hard made in England fans, so I only consider England

of Cyrus CD-6? I think it sound quite samilar to Arcam 82 and it is less
expensive

Well, that's pretty a stupid attitude, since all of those models are
actually made in the Far East............................
