Tivoli Model Two

Our 20 years old kitchen tranny finally gave up the ghost so its now headed
for the parts box in the sky. I went out on a limb took a chance & ordered
the Tivoli Model 2 radio (without ever hearing it..very unlike me that) it
arrived a couple of days ago. The sound quality is far better than I'd
expected, the build quality excels as far as I can see/feel. The controls
have a solid & silky action. Has all the in/outs I'd ever want. (The only
omission I can see is a 'mono' switch for those poor multiplex signal
reas - anyway, I'm now hooked so I've placed an order for the CD
unit...I'll post on that later :-)
Hopefully someone might give me the subwoofer for Xmas ;-)
