Default Finding out input capacity of t.table/stylus

Hi All,

I have a gadget that allows me to plug my turntable into my pc and then
permits me to record vinyl onto the PC.

However it has a switch with three positions for 'input capacity':

100pf, 250pf and 430pf

I have a Sony PS-LX431 turntable with a Sony VL42G stylus.

How can I determine the correct setting for my turntable. I have checked
its manual but there is no information regarding this value.

Thanks
Kevin
