Assuming you're the original buyer, this shouldn't be a problem. If
you're not, then you will be charged, as the warranty's
non-transferrable.

The fault sounds like either an RF board failure within the main
unit,
or else a problem with external interference blocking signal. Not
anywhere near Thetford are you?

I had a similar problem with a Concept 50, the processor and remote became
unsynchronised due to a knackered car battery.

Had to have the system rebooted and resynchronised, cost about an hours
labour or £45 in my case from an authorised dealer.
