Default Removing Pioneer DEH-1330R?

A previous owner of my car fitted a Pioneer DEH-1330R. I want to remove
it to sort out the wiring, but I don't have the "supplied extraction
keys" mentioned in the installation instructions.

Is it possible to get it out (without damaging it) without the keys?
