However some of my albums are trance/dance tracks which are continuous
tracks.
Ive done single albums of these cd`s using Nero to join the tracks to
eleminate gaps, but I cant suss it
out when making a MP3 CD with folders.
Any clues please.

AFAIK it can't be done mate. It's down to the brand of head unit and how
long it takes to read the next track. My kenny does a grand job of this and
you can only just notice it, but I've heard that others take longer like up
to a second or two.
