Default Alternator Suppression

Gents,

I'm new to this game and after some sound advice... I've got a noisy
alternator in my Rover 45, resulting a high pitch whine on my speakers...
anybody know a remedy?

Many thanks

Jay

Are you using an amplifier? If so, make sure you are using decent quality
shielded cables and ruin the power cable seperate to the speaker and RCA
cables. MAke sure you've got power supplies as far away from the sound
cables as possible.

I think you'll be fine if you follow the above. If you don't, I think you
might find the same problem no matter what car you've got. I wouldn't
immediatley suspect that your alternator is particuilarly duff.

Dave
