I had this problem to, was running my Power Cable along side my audio and
power on cable. Moved the power cable
to the other side of my car and i`ts fine now.

Check your cabling.
It's more than likely you've either got the power cables too close to the
signal cables or alternatively you could have a ground loop situation
where
your amp is trying to earth itself through your headunit. Check your
earthing point is cleaned right back to the bare metal. There are ways to
test if you've got a ground loop but check the cables first then post back
to let us know how that goes.
