I'm swapping out my Sony MDX-C7900R HU in a couple of weeks. Although an
older unit, it's in great condition, with stalk remote, facia case, box and
manuals etc.

Is it worth anything to anyone (I'm also selling my home Sony Minidisc unit
as well), or should I just put it on Ebay?

Not sure of the 2nd hand value of HU's these days.

Stick it on ebay, you would be surprised how many clowns get auction fever
and pay over the odds for items, I not to long back saw a Kenwood KMD673 go
for more than they are new!!
You may not be so lucky with the sony, but MD headunits are getting rare so
have value to those that are sticking to MD.
