well a friend of mine just got his 383 and says that there are no pauses
between tracks. i trust his opinion since we both saw the sony unit that
WAS
slow together. im not sure about initial loading though.
anyways, cheers for the heads up. 100 quid for a panasonic mp3 player isnt
that bad, esp considering the car its going in!
i've got hte 383, not installed it yet (still trying to figure out which
adaptor box i need to work with the stalk i got, and i want to do it all in
one go as the dash is coming out when i fit the stalk and stereo)
but my brother got the 383 for xmas too, and his is in his car, and seems to
be a good set, takes about 5 to 7 seconds to load the folders it seems,
think he has 7 folders on that disc, and it takes about 1 second to go from
one folder to the other,
Anyone near Nottingham who wants a panasonic 383 mp3 head unit.. smart car
of beeston are selling them for 89 quid,
they're getting rid of all the car audio stuff it seems, and have a few of
the 383's with the black faces.. usualy one is the chrome face.. i personaly
don't like my chrome face.. anyone got a blace faced 383 and wanted the
chrome one?? swap faces??
