Default Sony MD changer - Pioneer head unit ?

I've read a couple of threads in archives,
chatting about hooking up a Sony changer to a Pioneer head unit.
Anyone know more about that ?

I doubt it'd be a five minute job.

Prolly a ten minute job then?

all you need is a bus lead converter, or what ever they're called, this
changes the output of the panasonic stereo to something the sony changer
will respond to, and changes the sony's output for the display etc to what
the panasonic unit expects to see.

think a company called add a changer does them, google for them as i cant be
arsed looking for the link right now,
but they did the converter needed to allow an aftermarket changer work with
my dad's mazda premacy's factory stereo.. mazda wanted 350 quid for the 6
disc mazda changer,

70 quid for the changer adapter lead box, and about 100 quid or so for a
decent 12 disc changer and we were sorted,
