Default Toyota Starlet Head Unit removal

Hi,

First post here so please have patience :-D

OK, So I've just bought a JVC KD-S641 for my Toyota Starlet to replace the
****e cassette/radio combo factory installed in there at the moment

This is my first go at removing a car head unit and installing a new one.
ANY advice you can give will be very much appreciated believe me (if it
seems obvious don't worry!)

The installation of the new one looks very very straightforward to me (I
bought the appropriate ISO adaptor) but I'm just wondering exactly how to
take the old one out

There is no trim plate on the old stereo, it seems as though what would be
the trim on the new JVC is actually the entire heater/blower section on the
car (let me know if you want a picture of this)

I assume if I remove this (there are two easily accessible screws to get
this off) then there will be more screws underneath to remove the radio from
the cage and then finally to remove the complete cage

Any advice?

Thanks,

Jim
