Sony CDX-MP40 from USA will the tuner work in Europe ?

hi,
I wonder if i buy this sony model will it work in Europe ?
On sony website it says that it cant change frequency in 0.05, so i don`t
really know. I guess it won`t catch the freq 95.05 but it will catch 95.1
and so on. Am I right ?

That's what it'll do, so no it won't work. Not properly anyway.

You are indeed correct.

US tuners go up in steps of .2 so you will get 95.1 , 95.3 etc
