Default pioneer 6x9's?

You've already seen the only difference, the number of tweeters. They use
the same voice coils on them so their power handling *should* be the same
but most consumers feel that higher power handling and more tweeters means
better quality so they slap a higher rating on their 6x9s with the most
speakers and you have their "high end" 6x9s. I wouldn't use anything over a
3-way if you're really stuck on getting a 6x9 since the extra tweeters will
block too much of the woofers output.

Mark, I want to ask you something. Comparing the two 6x9's made by

pioneer.
The 350W http://www.pioneer.com.sg/products/c.../ts_a6980s.asp

and the 400W

http://www.pioneer.com.sg/products/c.../ts_a6990s.asp

Both have a nominal input of 80W

Other than the one being 5way and the other 4way what would the major
difference be?

Oh yeah then theres also the 330W

http://www.pioneer.com.sg/products/c...s/ts_d690r.asp

also 80W

They're ok I guess. They don't seem to handle any more or less power

than
most other 6x9's.

Would anyone recommend pioneer? It seems to me that they can handle

quite
a
lot of power. any comments?
