You'll have to use an Alpine one.

To use the Ai-Net MP3 changer with an M-Bus head unit, you'll also
need a KCA-130B adaptor. The only thing is, I'm not 100% certain this
will work on a head unit of that age. It's probably advisable to speak
to Alpine directly to confirm this.
