WHY DONT THEY SAY ON THE WEBSITE THEY ONLY DO TRADE.....


It sounds like it was never intended to go to you at all, and he made
the foolish mistake of reply to all.

So not only do they have a pants website, but their operators struggle
to operate. Their products are variable (eg some speaker mounts come
with cables to save you hacking the loom, some don't) and the
instructions are poor photocopies of poor instructions.

You'd think someone would move in and clean up!
