Nissan Primera 2.0 SLX hatchback 1997 model

does anyone know if there is a connection for a cd changer in the luggage
compartment of the above model. The Factory installed radio has CD
functions.
I would appreciate any help on where to locate it if fitted.

A friend has a Primera with the factory fit changer and it's on the
passenger side of the boot, mounted upright and built into the
carpeting.

Do you already have the Nissan CD changer ?
You will find it a lot cheaper (and probably better quality) if you just buy
a CD package from Sony or similar.

The connector could well be behind the carpet but you will have to remove
the carpet to find it.
