Default Berlingo Multispace CD Changer?

I have a Citroen Berlingo Multispace 1.6 Forte with a radio-cassette
player. I am interested in having a CD changer (or maybe even MP3
changer) fitted.

I have searched Google Groups and have discovered that I have
relatively few options, I believe. Due to the radio being multiplexed
and connected to a separate display the only official route is to pay
for the dealer to fit the standard CD changer. Even if I bought the
same make of CD changer myself and fitted it, it would not work as the
dealer has to enable the CD changer option.

Alternatively, there seems to be a company called Connects2 that sell
adapters to use Sony CD changers and MP3 changers but I am unsure as to
whether they support the Berlingo radio-cassette unit. If I went down
that route, I am also unsure whether I would still need the dealer to
enable the changer function and whether this would void my warranty.

Has anybody else succeeded in fitting a CD player to a recent Berlingo
Multispace using one of the above methods or maybe another method?
