Does anyone know if there is a display / stalk adaptor for the Renault
Grand Scenic for Clarion audio units? or where the best place would
be to start looking for one?

I can't recall seeing one for a Clarion - Kenwoods, Pioneers and Sony's seem
to have the most readily available adaptors. This site may be a good place
to start looking though:
