Gives you plenty of people who will either sell you software to do it
or sell you an unlock code for a single serial number.

Have you tried just popping into a Ford dealship and asking them to
sort it out for you ? Our local dealer did it for free when we bought
a second hand car from somewhere else and didn't have the code.
