MP3 player into existing Car Stereo

Hi there

Can i fit my MP3 (not an ipod, ministry of sound) player into my
existing factory fitted Car Stereo? The MP3 player has line out...

There are no 'line ins' from the front.

its a single cd player, in a 03 citroen xsara picasso?

any ideas?
