i never knocked the amps, I just thought the marketing
was cleaver (or humorous)....

I was never really in the ampman circle, so I wouldn't know. Even though I
think I signed up for teamamp to get a discount on the ESX amp I purchased
from them. I don't remember. I guess I could be considered the object of
your ridicule on that website, since I'm one of the lamp followers. On the
other hand, the amp is still going strong 5 years later, never once shutting
down on me.
