Trying to connect an Alpine autochanger (ex 1998 Laguna) to 6000 CD
(Autochanger Compatible) Head Unit in 2002 Focus. Does anyone have the
pinout details for the head unit?

You can;t just wire up a custom lead and expect it to work. The protocol is
all different between manufacturers.
