Default MP3 player to car audio

hi,

thought I'd see if anyone has any recommendations for a good way of
connecting an MP3 player to a car head unit.

I have a Sony NWHD5 wqhich I'd like to listen to in the car. I had an
ipod with a docking station and the quality was ok - with the Sony and
the generic (belkin) FM transmitter I've tried the quality is poor and
accessing the controls while driving not safe.

Does anyone have thoughts on options to connect - car has a separate CD
autochanger and a Kenwood head unit. I'm willing to change the head unit
to something else. I see lots of Ipod specific head untis but nothing
for the sony - even from Sony !

TIA................Chris

If you buy a Sony head unit with CD changer control, plus one of these

you can get full control of the NW-HD5 with the head unit.

Ideally, I'd probably suggest going for something like a CDX-F7750, as
the display tends to be a lot better for text content.

Unfortunately, that it the case.

The kit contains a lead to the player, and from the interface to the
head unit, so you should need anything else.
