Changing radio spacing - Pioneer DEH-P7700MP

Hi there!

I have recently received a Pioneer DEH-P7700MP unit, made for the
american market. Do you know if it's possible to switch it from the
American radio spacing to the European one, so I can tune frequencies
in 100 Khz steps in FM?

All help welcomed, thanks in advance!
