Default How to use Mondeo 6000 CD Player removal Keys

Hi

I have an '04 Mondeo with a FORD 6000 Cd player which I want to remove
and replace. It ahs the four slots for the removal keys which I bought
from here :-

http://shop.dashmount.co.uk/radiokeys.asp

770015 - Ford 6000 (04) (Set of 4)

Problem is I can't figure out how to use them to remove the radio, I
insert them in the four slots, but it doesn't feel like theyre
attaching to anything, if I pull them, they just come out again, can
someone let me know what the trick is to get these out?

Also I'm looking to get the following stearing stalk control adaptor to
use with a Pinoneer DEH5700MP CD player :-

http://www.incartec.co.uk/Resources/ICT_audio_USC.pdf

Does anyone know if this adaptor kit includes the ISO conveter needed
to connect the radio to car wiring as well as the stearing controls?

Thanks
