The don't seem to have any distributors but will make
any size you want. They take credit cards and will deliver,
presumably in a protective cardboard tube.

Cheers - I'll have a shoofty.

A 12" woofer at one end of a 10' pipe behind the settee would
make an interesting TL sub.

Owning two B139's myself, I've always liked this idea.
It's have to wait until I move, I think - I doubt that I'd get it down the
stairs of my second-floor apartment - but see what you think!

I'm sure I've seen similiar constructions elsewhere too.
I do suspect that just bunging anything other than a limited bandwidth sub
into a drainpipe is going to lead to all sorts of complex resonances.

I forgot to add this. The main site should be useful too.

They certainly do.

Not for a sub, but upper bass to mid.

Cheers. I'll fire up my spreadsheet in anticipation. :-)

Yup, I've looked at that and gave it some consideration. I also thought of
applying the principle in an 'installation enclosure' where the TLs were
separate and running up the walls, either side of a door (concrete walls).
Dropped the idea when I rearranged the room and counted the B139s (4 = two
isobarics). There's always the loft space...
