That's what I have done. After many years of happy listening to an
AVI S2000MI integrated ampifier driving B&W Matrix 805V loudspeakers,
I upgraded to an ATC CA2 pre-amplifier and a pair of ATC Active 10s
some months ago.

It has been a worthwhile upgrade; the ATC kit is truly wonderful.
