Default Advice re using one pair of speakers but two amps

How would I go about using the speakers with the stereo amp while they are
connected to the Sony Receiver. I don't want to keep unplugging and

plugging
in etc. I have them in a biwired configuration at the moment.

Does the Sony have pre-amp outputs for all channels?

There is a pre-amp output on the Sony. From reading the instruction booklet,
I presume I can connect the stereo amp to this. Am I correct?

Cheers

I was actually going to suggest what Tony Gartshore has suggested in his
reply.
