Default Cleaning options

A question for the assembled intelligence of the group if I may...

I've recently acquired some vinyl that has not exactly been loved over
the years. The record surface isn't too bad, but the noise levels are
atrocious, even after playing them a time or two and cleaning the
accumulated dust off the stylus. My immediate thought would be a
clean via a Moth or similar, but I've no idea where to find one.

So, any suggestions other than a deep wash in a Moth? Any ideas where
I could find someone with a machine to run some vinyl through in the
Northwest (Liverpool/Manchester/Preston area)? Worst case, where's
the cheapest place to buy a Moth myself??

Any information (or a constructive nature g) much appreciated.

TIA
