Hi all, does anyone know where one can get hold of replacement

HF2000 super tweeters? Alternatively if anyone can repair them? I

think
they were also used in the Ditton 66 units if anyone has any they

want
to sell.

They were also used by Spendor, who still very much exist and service
their early designs.

Thanks for the pointer Dave. I tried them as I am also re-coning some
HF1300s as well. Unfortunately, they don't have any spares for the HF2000
any more.

If anything else come to mind, I would appreciate an email.

Kind regards, Mike

If you have any problems with the HF1300s, I have a pair of "as new"
mkIIs sitting here.

Aaaaaaaah I have just put a letter and cheque in the post to Spendor. Never
mind: it will be an adventure.

My next step on the HF2000s was to look at the Coles unit as it is about the
right size and slightly more sensitive so a pot to pull it down a bit will
probably work well.

As spares units, what were you thinking of charging for the pair of
HF1300's? Mail me direct if you don't want to tell the group
)

Once more, thanks for your help guys

Kind regards, Mike

No problem. Twenty quid plus postage for the pair should do it.
